Abstract
Interferometric speckle visibility spectroscopy methods, systems, and non-transitory computer readable media for recovering sample speckle field data or a speckle field pattern from an off-axis interferogram recorded by one or more sensors over an exposure time and determining sample dynamics of a sample being analyzed from speckle statistics of the speckle field data or the speckle field pattern.

A method for interferometric speckle visibility spectroscopy, the method comprising:
- (i) recovering speckle field data or a speckle field pattern based at least in part on an off-axis interferogram recorded by one or more sensors over an exposure time;
- and
- (ii) determining at least one decorrelation time of a sample being analyzed based at least in part on speckle statistics of the speckle field data or the speckle field pattern.
A method for interferometric speckle visibility spectroscopy, the method comprising:
- (i) recovering speckle field data based at least in part on an off-axis interferogram recorded by one or more sensors over an exposure time by:
- (a) Fourier transforming the off-axis interferogram to generate data in spatial frequency space comprising at least one off-axis lobe, and
- (b) using a spatial frequency filter to crop the speckle field data from the at least one off-axis lobe;
- and
- (ii) determining sample dynamics of a sample being analyzed based at least in part on speckle statistics of the speckle field data.
A non-transitory computer readable media for interferometric speckle visibility spectroscopy, the non-transitory computer readable media comprising program instructions, wherein the program instructions, when read by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to execute operations comprising:
- (i) recovering speckle field data or a speckle field pattern based at least in part on an off-axis interferogram recorded by one or more sensors over an exposure time;
- and
- (ii) determining at least one decorrelation time of a sample being analyzed based at least in part on speckle statistics of the speckle field data or the speckle field pattern.
A non-transitory computer readable media for interferometric speckle visibility spectroscopy, the non-transitory computer readable media comprising program instructions, wherein the program instructions, when read by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to execute operations comprising:
- (i) recovering speckle field data based at least in part on an off-axis interferogram recorded by one or more sensors over an exposure time by:
- (a) Fourier transforming the off-axis interferogram to generate data in spatial frequency space comprising at least one off-axis lobe, and
- (b) using a spatial frequency filter to crop the speckle field data from the at least one off-axis lobe;
- and
- (ii) determining sample dynamics of a sample being analyzed from speckle statistics of the speckle field data.
An interferometric speckle visibility spectroscopy system, comprising:
- one or more optical systems configured to interfere an off-axis reference beam with a sample signal;
- and
- one or more processors configured to execute instructions to cause the one or more processors to:
- (i) recover speckle field data based at least in part on an off-axis interferogram recorded by the one or more sensors over an exposure time, wherein the one or more processors are configured to:
- (a) Fourier transform the off-axis interferogram to generate data in spatial frequency space comprising at least one off-axis lobe, and
- (b) use a spatial frequency filter to crop speckle field data from the at least one off-axis lobe;
- and
- (ii) determine sample dynamics of a sample being analyzed based at least in part on the cropped speckle field data.
