Detachable and easily cleanable meat tenderizer

A detachable and easily cleanable meat tenderizer,

• including a housing (1), a blade holder (2), a blade (3) and a baffle plate (4);
• one end of the blade being mounted in the blade holder;
• the housing being provided with a chamber (13) that is sized to fit the blade holder;
• the chamber being internally provided with a pushing-type locking device (5), the pushing-type locking device including a pushing block (51) and a sliding groove (52) fixedly connected on an inner wall of the chamber for pushing the pushing block to slide, and the sliding groove being open at one end thereof;
• the blade holder being provided with a fixing groove (21) that is sized to fit the pushing block;
• one end of the pushing block (51) entering and exiting the fixing groove (21) through an opening of the sliding groove, the housing being connected to the blade holder when the pushing block is pushed into the fixing groove, and the housing being disengaged from the blade holder when the pushing block is pushed away from the fixing groove;
• a push button (7) being arranged on an outer surface of the housing;
• a through hole being arranged between the chamber (13) and the outer surface of the housing, and the push button (7) being connected to the pushing block (51) through the through hole;
• limiting cavities (14) being arranged on both sides of the housing;
• guide posts (6) being arranged on both sides of the blade, one end of the guide post (6) being located in the limiting cavity (14) of the housing, and the other end of the guide post (6) being detachably connected to the baffle plate (4);
• the limiting cavity being internally equipped with a return device (8), the return device including a limiting block (81) and a compression spring (82) sleeved on the limiting block, and the compression spring (82) being connected to the guide post (6);
• and
• the baffle plate being provided with a slot (42) for the blade to pass through.
