Fiber-reinforced resin composition

A fiber-reinforced resin composition comprising a resin-adhered long fiber bundle including a thermoplastic resin of a component (A), and monofilament rayon fibers of a component (B), wherein:

• the thermoplastic resin component of the component (A) does not comprise a polycarbonate resin or a polycarbonate-based resin,
• each of the monofilament rayon fibers of the component (B) satisfies the following requirements (b1), (b2) and (b3), and
• the resin-adhered long fiber bundle has a cut length of 3 to 30 mm and comprises the thermoplastic resin of the component (A) adhered to and integrated with a strand of the monofilament rayon fibers of the component (B) that are longitudinally-arranged,
• (b1) a fiber diameter of 5 to 30 μm;
• (b2) a tensile elongation of 10% or more;
• and
• (b3) a flat shape with a ratio of major axis length/minor axis length in a width-directional cross section of 1.1 to 1.8.
