Claims14
A fluorine-containing resin particle comprising:
- 7 or more and 30 or less carboxyl groups per 106 carbon atoms;
- and
- 0 ppm or more and 3 ppm or less of a basic compound,
- wherein the fluorine-containing resin particles are selected from the group consisting of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) particles, tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer (FEP) particles, tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer (PFA) particles, ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (ETFE) particles, and ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer (ECTFE) particles, and
- wherein the basic compound is an amine compound.
