A method of treating Huntington's disease in a patient in need thereof, comprising the step of administering a compound of formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- R1 is hydrogen;
- R2 is hydrogen;
- R3 is —C(O)OH;
- L is
- R4 is —CF3, —CH2F, —CHF2, —CH2CHF2, —CH2CF3, or —CH2CH2CHF2;
- and
- R5 is hydrogen.
