## Abstract

A computing device includes a processor and a memory configured to create one or more forms for an application in an environment. The processor and the memory are further configured to create one or more environment variables related to the one or more forms. The processor is further configured to utilize one or more paths to track a dependency reference between the one or more environment variables, wherein a data model includes the one or more paths and the one or more environment variables. The processor is further configured to execute the data model to recreate the dependency reference, between the one or more environment variables, for the application in a target environment.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A computing device comprising:
a processor and a memory configured to create one or more forms for an application in an environment;
the processor and the memory are further configured to create one or more environment variables related to the one or more forms;
the processor is further configured to utilize one or more paths to track a dependency reference between the one or more environment variables, wherein a data model includes the one or more paths and the one or more environment variables, wherein an artifact is deleted based upon the dependency reference; and
the processor is further configured to execute the data model to recreate the dependency reference, between the one or more environment variables, for the application in a target environment.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The computing device of claim 1 wherein the processor is further configured to generate a rule based upon an action in a first form that causes action to a second form.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The computing device of claim 2 wherein the processor is further configured to create a reference on the first form that the second form is an external dependency for the first form.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The computing device of claim 3 wherein the processor is further configured to create a reference on the second form that the second form is an external dependency for the first form.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The computing device of claim 4 wherein the reference information includes one of more of the following data: variables, documents, additional forms, and orchestrator processes.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The computing device of claim 1 wherein the processor is further configured to generate a range of dependencies for the one or more forms.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The computing device of claim 1 wherein the processor is further configured to determine if an orchestrator instance associated with an original application is available within a new environment.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The computing device of claim 7 wherein if an artifact is not available in the new environment, the processor is further configured to perform any of the following: automatically create the new artifact within the new environment, or enable a user to select, via a user interface, a different orchestrator instance for use.

### Claim 9

A method comprising:
creating, by a processor and a memory, one or more forms for an application in an environment;
creating, by the processor, one or more environment variables related to the one or more forms;
utilizing, by the processor, one or more paths to track a dependency reference between the one or more environment variables, wherein a data model includes the one or more paths and the one or more environment variables, wherein an artifact is deleted based upon the dependency reference; and
executing, by the processor, the data model to recreate the dependency reference, between the one or more environment variables, for the application in a target environment.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

The method of claim 9, further comprising generating, by the processor, a rule based upon an action in a first form that causes action to a second form.

### Claim 11 (depends on 10)

The method of claim 10, further comprising creating, by the processor, a reference on the first form that the second form is an external dependency for the first form.

### Claim 12 (depends on 11)

The method of claim 11, further comprising creating, by the processor, a reference on the second form that the second form is an external dependency for the first form.

### Claim 13 (depends on 12)

The method of claim 12 wherein the reference information includes one of more of the following data: variables, documents, additional forms, and orchestrator processes.

### Claim 14 (depends on 9)

The method of claim 9, further comprising generating, by the processor, a range of dependencies for the one or more forms.

### Claim 15 (depends on 9)

The method of claim 9, further comprising determining, by the processor, if an orchestrator instance associated with an original application is available within a new environment.

### Claim 16 (depends on 15)

The method of claim 15 wherein if an artifact is not available in the new environment, performing, by the processor, any of the following: automatically create the new artifact within the new environment, or enable a user to select, via a user interface, a different orchestrator instance for use.

### Claim 17

A non-transitory computer-readable medium for reference creation in a computer system, the non-transitory computer-readable medium having instructions recorded thereon, that when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations including:
creating one or more forms for an application in an environment;
creating one or more environment variables related to the one or more forms;
utilizing one or more paths to track a dependency reference between the one or more environment variables, wherein a data model includes the one or more paths and the one or more environment variables, wherein an artifact is deleted based upon the dependency reference; and
executing the data model to recreate the dependency reference, between the one or more environment variables, for the application in a target environment.

### Claim 18 (depends on 17)

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 17, further comprising generating, by the processor, a rule based upon an action in a first form that causes action to a second form.

### Claim 19 (depends on 18)

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 18, further comprising creating, by the processor, a reference on the first form that the second form is an external dependency for the first form.

### Claim 20 (depends on 19)

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 19, further comprising creating, by the processor, a reference on the second form that the second form is an external dependency for the first form.
