## Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a novel polypeptide having an activity of exporting 5′-inosine monophosphate, a microorganism comprising the same, a method for preparing 5′-inosine monophosphate using the same, and a method for increasing export of 5′-inosine monophosphate.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A protein variant exporting 5′-inosine monophosphate, comprising a polypeptide having at least 95% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 1, wherein the 164th amino acid in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 is substituted with another amino acid at the corresponding position in the protein variant, wherein the protein variant has 5′-inosine monophosphate exporting activity.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The protein variant of claim 1, wherein the another amino acid is selected from the group consisting of lysine, arginine, asparagine, glycine, threonine, and proline.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

A polynucleotide encoding the protein variant of claim 1.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

A vector comprising the polynucleotide of claim 3.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

A microorganism of genus Corynebacterium producing 5′-inosine monophosphate, which comprises the protein variant of claim 1; a polynucleotide encoding the protein variant of claim 1; or a vector comprising the polynucleotide encoding the protein variant of claim 1.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium of claim 5, wherein the microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium is Corynebacterium stationis.

### Claim 7 (depends on 5)

A method for preparing 5′-inosine monophosphate, comprising culturing the microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium of claim 5 in a medium; and recovering 5′-inosine monophosphate from the microorganism or the medium.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The method of claim 7, wherein the microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium is Corynebacterium stationis.
