This invention relates to non-steroidal compounds that are modulators of androgen receptor, and also to the methods for the making and use of such compounds.

A method of treating sarcopenia, wherein said method comprises administering the compound:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, to a human subject in need thereof.
