Abstract
Various implementations described herein are directed to a modular ledger of an integrated construction system. In one implementation, the modular ledger includes a rail, having a first end and a second end. Each end of the rail is configured to receive a coupling component. The rail has a plurality of holes configured to couple to bracing components of the integrated construction system.
Claims20
A modular ledger of an integrated construction system, comprising:
- a rail, having:
- a first end and a second end, each end configured to be coupled to one or more posts and/or assemblies through a coupling component;
- and
- a plurality of rows of holes spaced longitudinally along each side of the rail from about the first end to about the second end and configured to couple to bracing components of the integrated construction system;
- wherein the rail is hollow, and
- wherein the rail enables the integrated construction system to support a load of 100,000 pounds in a shoring application, in a formwork application and in a scaffolding application.

An integrated construction system component, comprising:
- a ledger rail:
- constructed of aluminum;
- having a plurality of rows of holes placed longitudinally along each side of an entire length of the ledger rail from about a first end of the ledger rail to about a second end of the ledger rail;
- and
- configured to:
- be coupled to one or more bracing components via the plurality of holes;
- be coupled to one or more posts and/or assemblies through one or more coupling components;
- and
- handle vertical loads while attached to other components of the integrated construction system;
- wherein the ledger rail is hollow, and
- wherein the ledger rail enables an integrated construction system to support a load of 100,000 pounds in a shoring application, in a formwork application and in a scaffolding application.
