Abstract
A container including a plurality of side walls connected to form a tubular structure. A lid is provided for covering a top opening of the tubular structure. The lid includes a separate compartment with a bag dispenser therein, and the compartment is accessible for dispensing a bag while the lid is in contact a top edge of the tubular structure. A base is provided at or near a bottom opening of the tubular structure.

A container comprising:
- a tubular structure comprising an interior adapted for receiving waste;
- a lid for covering a top opening of the tubular structure,
- wherein the lid comprises an integrated compartment with a bag dispenser therein, the lid comprising a sub-lid for accessing the integrated compartment while the lid is in contact with a top edge of the tubular structure;
- and
- a base at or near a bottom opening of the tubular structure, wherein the integrated compartment is adapted to store bags separate from the interior of the tubular structure.

- at least one mount attached to the outer surface for attaching the container to a structure with the container located above a ground surface;
- a lid for covering a top opening of the tubular structure;
- wherein the lid comprises an integrated compartment with a bag dispenser therein, the lid comprising a sub-lid for accessing the integrated compartment while the lid is in contact a top edge of the tubular structure;
- and
- a base at or near a bottom opening of the tubular structure, wherein the integrated compartment is adapted to stre bags separate from the interior of the tubular structure.
