A compound of Formula (II):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- L2 is C1-3 alkylene;
- each Hal is independently a halogen;
- R2a, R3a, R4a, and R5a are each independently selected from H and OH;
- provided that at least one of R2a, R3a, R4a, and R5a is OH;
- and
- R2b, R3b, R4b, R5b, R6b, and R7b are each independently selected from H, OH, HO—C1-3 alkylene, and —C(═O)OH.
