Abstract
The present disclosure provides compositions and methods of modulating abhydrolase domain-containing protein-2 (ABHD2). The present disclosure provides methods of identifying agents that modulate ABHD2 activity.

A method of modulating the level and/or activity of an abhydrolase domain-containing protein 2 (ABHD2) polypeptide in a cell, the method comprising contacting the cell with an agent that modulates the level and/or activity of the ABHD2 polypeptide, wherein the agent is a serine hydrolase inhibitor that specifically inhibits ABHD2.
