Abstract
A security document having a security element including a multilayer body with a volume hologram layer and a partial opaque layer, arranged on a surface of the volume hologram layer, which is present in a first area and is not present in a second area.
Claims17
A security document with a security element comprising a multilayer body, the multilayer body comprising:
- a volume hologram layer;
- and
- a partial opaque layer, arranged on a surface of the volume hologram layer, which is present in a first area and is not present in a second area,
- wherein the partial opaque layer comprises an opaque varnish with transparent openings, the opaque varnish being present in the first area and is not present in the second area, and
- wherein the partial opaque layer has a luminance L* in the CIELAB color space of from 0 to 50.
