Abstract
Disclosed is an isolated monoclonal antibody against a human Transforming Growth Factor-β (TGF-β) Latency Associated Protein (LAP) degradate, the isolated monoclonal antibody being capable of recognizing an integrin binding site in the human TGF-β LAP degradate.
Claims12
A monoclonal antibody that binds a human Transforming Growth Factor-β (TGF-β) Latency Associated Protein (LAP) degradate, the monoclonal antibody being capable of recognizing an integrin binding site in the human TGF-β LAP degradate,
- wherein the monoclonal antibody comprises:
- a light chain comprising CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 consisting of the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 12, 13 and 14, respectively;
- and a heavy chain comprising CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 consisting of the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 15, 16 and 17, respectively.
