Communication control device, communication control method, radio communication system, and terminal device

A communication control method, comprising:

• in a communication control device:
• obtaining at least one of a first quality report or a second quality report, wherein
• the first quality report includes a first communication quality indicator measured by a first terminal connected to a first base station,
• the second quality report includes a second communication quality indicator measured by a second terminal connected to a second base station, and
• the second terminal is connected to the second base station by secondary usage of a frequency channel allocated to the first base station;
• determining presence of an adverse interference based on at least one of the first communication quality indicator or the second communication quality indicator, wherein
• the adverse interference is caused based on a radio signal transmitted by at least one of the second base station or the second terminal;
• and
• based on determining the presence of the adverse interference, instructing the second base station to select a specific component carrier, wherein the specific component carrier is selected based on at least one of the first communication quality indicator or the second communication quality indicator.

A radio communication system, comprising:

• a first base station to which a first terminal is connected by primary usage of a frequency channel;
• a second base station to which a second terminal is connected by secondary usage of the frequency channel shared with the first base station;
• and
• a cooperation manager configured to:
• obtain at least one of a first quality report from the first terminal or a second quality report from the second terminal;
• determine presence of an adverse interference based on at least one of a first communication quality indicator included in the first quality report or a second communication quality indicator included in the second quality report, wherein
• the adverse interference is caused based on a radio signal transmitted by at least one of the second base station or the second terminal;
• and
• based on a determination of the presence of the adverse interference, instruct the second base station to select a specific component carrier, wherein
• the specific component carrier is selected based on at least one of the first communication quality indicator or the second communication quality indicator.

A first terminal device, comprising:

• at least one processor configured to:
• transmit an uplink signal to a first base station;
• generate a quality report including a communication quality indicator;
• and
• transmit the quality report to one of the first base station or a second base station, wherein
• a control node determines presence of an adverse interference in a radio communication system based on the communication quality indicator in the quality report,
• the adverse interference is caused based on the uplink signal transmitted to the first base station,
• based on a determination of the presence of the adverse interference, the control node instructs the second based station to select a component carrier, and
• the component carrier is selected based on the communication quality indicator.
