Abstract
A display device including a partition wall disposed on a substrate between a first electrode and a second electrode. The partition wall has an opening. A light emitting layer is disposed in the opening. An auxiliary layer having lyophobicity is disposed between the partition wall and the second electrode.
Claims15
A display device comprising:
- a partition wall disposed on a substrate between a first electrode and a second electrode, the partition wall having a first opening and having a surface energy of about 30 dyne/cm to about 43 dyne/cm;
- a light emitting layer disposed in the first opening;
- and
- an auxiliary layer having lyophobicity disposed between the partition wall and the second electrode, the auxiliary layer having a second opening,
- wherein the partition is a single layer, and the auxiliary layer is directly disposed on an upper surface of the partition wall, and the light emitting layer is disposed in the first and the second openings.

- a partition wall disposed on a substrate between a first electrode and a second electrode, the partition wall having an opening;
- a light emitting layer disposed in the opening;
- and
- an auxiliary layer disposed between the partition wall and the second electrode,
- wherein the auxiliary layer includes a plurality of nanoparticles, and a surface of the auxiliary layer facing the second electrode is provided with protrusions and depressions.
