Abstract
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, monitoring a user in a showroom to generate shopping parameters of the user, determining that the user is seeking to purchase a product in the showroom according to the shopping parameters, obtaining user data of the user in response to the determining that the user is seeking to purchase the product, analyzing the user data, selecting interaction data from among a group of interaction data according to the analyzing of the user data, and providing the interaction data to a computing device of a sales agent to enable the sales agent to transact with the user for the purchase of the product. Other embodiments are disclosed.

A method comprising:
- performing, by a processing system including a processor, eye-tracking on a plurality of eye images of a user in a showroom to determine a viewing angle of the user in the showroom, wherein the performing of the eye-tracking includes measuring eye motion of an eye of the user in the plurality of eye images, wherein the measuring of the eye motion includes sensing reflections of light from the eye over time and determining a rotation of the eye from changes in the reflections, and wherein the sensing of the reflections of light from the eye includes sensing reflections from a front of a cornea of the eye and a back of a lens of the eye;
- generating, by the processing system, shopping parameters of the user, wherein the shopping parameters include the viewing angle of the user;
- in response to a determination that the user is seeking to purchase a product in the showroom, determining, by the processing system, an identity of the user by performing image pattern recognition of an another image of the user in the showroom, wherein the determination that the user is seeking to purchase the product in the showroom had been made according to the shopping parameters, wherein the shopping parameters include an activity state of a communication device of the user, and wherein the activity state indicates that the user is viewing a negative consumer review of the product on the communication device;
- based on detecting that the user is viewing the negative consumer review of the product on the communication device, providing, by the processing system, first interaction data to a display device of the showroom to cause the display device to present a positive consumer review of the product and information that shows why the negative consumer review is inaccurate or incomplete;
- obtaining, by the processing system, user data of the user according to the identity of the user determined by the performing the image pattern recognition of the another image of the user;
- providing, by the processing system, second interaction data to a computing device to enable the computing device to complete a purchase transaction with the user for the purchase of the product, wherein the second interaction data had been selected from among a group of interaction data according to the user data;
- and
- completing, by the processing system through the computing device, the purchase transaction.
A device comprising:
- a processing system including a processor;
- and
- a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processing system, facilitate performance of operations, the operations comprising:
- performing eye-tracking on a plurality of eye images of a user to determine a viewing angle of the user in a showroom, wherein the performing of the eye-tracking includes measuring eye motion of an eye of the user in the plurality of eye images, wherein the measuring of the eye motion includes sensing reflections of light from the eye over time and determining a rotation of the eye from changes in the reflections, and wherein the sensing of the reflections of light from the eye includes sensing reflections from a front of a cornea of the eye and a back of a lens of the eye;
- generating shopping parameters of the user, wherein the shopping parameters include the viewing angle of the user;
- in response to a determination that the user is seeking to purchase a product in the showroom according to the shopping parameters, performing image pattern recognition of an another image of the user to determine an identity of the user, and obtaining user data of the user in response to the identity of the user that is determined, wherein the shopping parameters include an activity state of a communication device of the user, and wherein the activity state indicates that the user is viewing a negative consumer review of the product on the communication device;
- based on a detection that the user is viewing the negative consumer review of the product on the communication device, providing first interaction data to a display device of the showroom to cause the display device to present a positive consumer review of the product and information that shows why the negative consumer review is inaccurate or incomplete;
- and
- providing second interaction data to a computing device to complete a purchase transaction with the user for the purchase of the product, wherein the second interaction data had been selected from among a group of interaction data according to the user data.
A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium, comprising executable instructions that, when executed by a processing system including a processor, facilitate performance of operations, the operations comprising:
- performing eye-tracking on a plurality of eye images of a user to determine a viewing angle of the user in a showroom, wherein the performing of the eye-tracking includes measuring eye motion of an eye of the user in the plurality of eye images, wherein the measuring of the eye motion includes sensing reflections of light from the eye over time and determining a rotation of the eye from changes in the reflections, and wherein the sensing of the reflections of light from the eye includes sensing reflections from a front of a cornea of the eye and a back of a lens of the eye;
- generating shopping parameters of the user, wherein the shopping parameters include the viewing angle of the user;
- in response to a determination that the user is seeking to purchase a product according to the shopping parameters, identifying the user by performing image pattern recognition of an another image of the user, wherein the shopping parameters include an activity state of a communication device of the user, and wherein the activity state indicates that the user is viewing a negative consumer review of the product on the communication device;
- based on a detection that the user is viewing the negative consumer review of the product on the communication device, providing first interaction data to a display device of the showroom to cause the display device to present a positive consumer review of the product and information that shows why the negative consumer review is inaccurate or incomplete;
- obtaining user data of the user in response to the identifying the user;
- and
- providing second interaction data to a computing device to complete a purchase transaction with the user for the purchase of the product, wherein the second interaction data had been selected from among a group of interaction data according to the user data.
