Abstract
A computer-implemented method according to one embodiment includes identifying a textual document, determining chemical data within the textual document, performing an analysis of the chemical data to identify a chemical pathway, and calculating a probability score for the chemical pathway.
Claims9
A computer-implemented method, comprising:
- identifying a textual document, utilizing a processor;
- identifying a chemical pathway including a plurality of chemical components within the textual document, utilizing the processor;
- combining individual associated weights of each of the plurality of chemical components utilizing the processor;
- comparing, utilizing the processor, the combined weights to a predetermined threshold to determine whether the plurality of chemical components will react;
- and
- training, utilizing the processor, a predictive model based on the determination as to whether the plurality of chemical components will react.
