The flange (200) comprises a mounting face (210) for attaching a turbocharger (100) to a manifold (40), wherein the mounting face (210) comprises a guiding structure (220) for guiding the flange (200) to an operative position in relation to said manifold (40).

- wherein the mounting face comprises a mounting structure for attaching the flange to the manifold, wherein the mounting structure comprises a projection extending from an outer periphery of the mounting face, and
- wherein the mounting structure extends in a direction perpendicular to a mounting direction being defined by the guiding structure, wherein the mounting direction is perpendicular to a normal of the mounting face.
