Abstract
The present invention provides compounds of Formula (I) which can be used as SGK inhibitors; pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds of the invention; as well as uses and methods for treating a disease mediated by SGK by administering the compounds of the invention.

A compound having the structural formula of (I):
- wherein,
- A is
- wherein X is a halogen atom and R8 is OR9, wherein R9 is H or a C1-C6 alkyl group;
- L is a linking group which is
- wherein R7 is H;
- Y1 is CR1, wherein R1 is a hydrogen, or a C1-C6 alkyl group, —O—Rh, —N(R′)Rh, wherein R′ is selected from the group consisting of H and a C1-C6 alkyl group and Rh is a C1-C6 alkyl group;
- Y2 is CR2, wherein R2 is H;
- Y3 is CR3, wherein R3 is H;
- each of Z1 and Z4 is CR, wherein R is H, Z3 is selected from the group consisting of CR and N, wherein R is H or a C1-C6 alkyl group, Z2 is N;
- and
- R4 is H, a C1-C6 alkyl group, —N(R′)R″, —N(R′)—C(O)R″, —N(R′)—C(O)—NH—R″, wherein each of R′ and R″ is independently selected from the group consisting of H and a C1-C6 alkyl group,
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, solvate, stereoisomer.
