Abstract
The present invention provides a novel chemical process for the synthesis of the compound N-[4-(Chlorodifluoromethoxy)phenyl]-6-[(3R)-3-hydroxpyrrolidin-1-yl]-5-(1H-pyrazol-5-yl)pyridine-3-carboxamide.
Claims2
A process for producing the compound of formula (1),
- or a salt thereof, comprising the step of reacting the compound of formula (2),
- or a salt thereof;
- and the compound of formula (3),
- with an alkali or alkaline salt in the presence of a metal complex catalyst to obtain the compound of formula (1) or a salt thereof, wherein the alkali or alkaline salt is K2CO3 and the metal complex catalyst is (dtbpf)PdCl2.
