Face identification method and terminal device using the same

A terminal device, comprising:

• a second processing unit configured to obtain a to-be-detected image and perform a brightness enhancement process on the to-be-detected image based on a preset second calculation method to generate a to-be-identified face image;
• a first obtaining unit configured to obtain a first channel value of each channel corresponding to each pixel in the to-be-identified face image, wherein each pixel corresponds to a red channel, a green channel, and a blue channel;
• a first processing unit configured to perform another brightness enhancement process on the to-be-identified face image based on each first channel value and a preset first calculation method to obtain a target to-be-identified face image;
• and
• an identification unit configured to perform a face identification process on the target to-be-identified face image to obtain an identification result.

A terminal device, comprising:

• a memory;
• a processor;
• and
• one or more computer programs stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the one or more computer programs comprise:
• instructions for obtaining a to-be-detected image;
• instructions for performing a brightness enhancement process on the to-be-detected image based on a preset second calculation method to generate a to-be-identified face image;
• instructions for obtaining a first channel value of each channel corresponding to each pixel in the to-be-identified face image, wherein each pixel corresponds to a red channel, a green channel, and a blue channel;
• instructions for performing another brightness enhancement process on the to-be-identified face image based on each first channel value and a preset first calculation method to obtain a target to-be-identified face image;
• and
• instructions for performing a face identification process on the target to-be-identified face image to obtain an identification result.
