Abstract
Provided is a liquid discharging head including a nozzle discharging a liquid; a chamber plate in which a plurality of pressure chambers are arranged side by side on a first surface side; and a flow path plate having a second surface formed with an opening of a communication flow path, wherein a first region of a partition wall between a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber adjacent to each other among the plurality of pressure chambers is constrained by being bonded to the second surface of the flow path plate, and a second region of the partition wall overlaps the opening of the communication flow path in plan view.
Claims17
A liquid discharging head comprising:
- a nozzle discharging a liquid;
- a chamber plate in which a plurality of pressure chambers are arranged side by side on a first surface side;
- and
- a flow path plate having a second surface which is bonded to the first surface of the chamber plate and on which an opening of a communication flow path for causing the pressure chamber to communicate with the nozzle is formed, wherein
- a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber are adjacent to each other among the plurality of pressure chambers,
- a first region of a partition wall between the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber is constrained by being bonded to the second surface of the flow path plate, and
- a second region of the partition wall overlaps the opening of the communication flow path in plan view,
- the first region does not overlap the opening in plan view.
A liquid discharging head comprising:
- a nozzle discharging a liquid;
- a chamber plate in which a plurality of pressure chambers are arranged side by side on a first surface side;
- and
- a flow path plate having a second surface which is bonded to the first surface of the chamber plate and on which an opening of a communication flow path for causing the pressure chamber to communicate with the nozzle is formed, wherein
- a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber are adjacent to each other among the plurality of pressure chambers,
- a first region of a partition wall between the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber is constrained by being bonded to the second surface of the flow path plate, and
- a second region of the partition wall overlaps the opening of the communication flow path in plan view,
- the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber are adjacent to each other along a first axis direction, and
- the partition wall extends along a second axis direction orthogonal to the first axis direction.
A liquid discharging head comprising:
- a nozzle discharging a liquid;
- a chamber plate in which a plurality of pressure chambers are arranged side by side on a first surface side;
- and
- a flow path plate having a second surface which is bonded to the first surface of the chamber plate and on which an opening of a communication flow path for causing the pressure chamber to communicate with the nozzle is formed, wherein
- the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber are adjacent to each other among the plurality of pressure chambers,
- the chamber plate further having a partition wall that divide between the first pressure chamber and the second pressure,
- a first region of a partition wall is constrained by being bonded to the second surface of the flow path plate,
- a second region of the partition wall overlaps the opening of the communication flow path in plan view.
