Abstract
Systems and methods are disclosed for simultaneously jet milling and conditioning particulate material comprising a grinding chamber and an aerosol generator arranged to supply liquid aerosol into the grinding chamber. A composition made by this method is also disclosed.

A jet mill comprising a grinding chamber, an aerosol generator and a port, wherein the aerosol generator is located externally to the grinding chamber and is configured to supply a liquid aerosol into the grinding chamber via the port, wherein the port is configured to simultaneously supply a grinding material and the liquid aerosol into the grinding chamber.
A method of producing micronized material, comprising:
- jet milling a feed stock comprising a grinding material and a liquid aerosol in a jet mill, said jet mill comprising a grinding chamber, an aerosol generator and a port, wherein the aerosol generator is located externally to the grinding chamber and is configured to simultaneously supply the grinding material and the liquid aerosol into the grinding chamber.
