Claims15
A composition comprising:
- (1) a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, wherein the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 has (A) an E substitution at K119 and an E substitution at R120 or (B) an E substitution at K125, and wherein the polypeptide suppresses FGF2 signaling;
- (2) an anti-angiogenic agent;
- and (3) a physiologically acceptable carrier.
A kit for suppressing FGF signaling, comprising (1) a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, wherein the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 has (A) an E substitution at K119 and an E substitution at R120 or (B) an E substitution at K125, and wherein the polypeptide suppresses FGF2 signaling;
- and (2) an anti-angiogenic agent.
