Abstract
The present invention relates to combinations of a H3 antagonist and an antidepressant, which exhibit a synergistic wake promoting activity.
Claims4
A combination of pitolisant and an antidepressant chosen from the noradrenaline reuptake inhibitors duloxetine, reboxetine and atomoxetine, wherein said pitolisant and said antidepressant are present in amounts such that said combination following administration to a patient displays a synergistic effect as to at least one of (a) an increase of quiet wake duration, and (b) a decrease in REM sleep duration.
