A compound of Formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, including an enantiomer, a diastereoisomer, a tautomer thereof:
- wherein
- R1 is
- C1-10 alkyl optionally substituted with at least one group selected from OR6, —CO2R6, and halo;
- R2 is hydrogen;
- R3 is
- 6 to 12 membered aryl optionally substituted with at least one group selected from C1-6 alkyl, halo, and OR6;
- R4 is —SO2NR6R7;
- R5 is halo;
- and
- R6 and R7 are independently selected from hydrogen and C1-6 alkyl.
