Assembled product and a method of assembling the assembled product

An assembled furniture product comprising at least two panels arranged in two different planes which are essentially perpendicular to each other, wherein:

• the at least two panels include a first panel connected perpendicular to a second panel by a locking device;
• the locking device comprises an edge section groove at a surface of the first panel, wherein an edge section of the second panel cooperates with the edge section groove for locking the first panel and the second panel together in a first direction;
• the locking device comprises a flexible tongue arranged in an insertion groove in the edge section groove, the insertion groove being formed between opposing insertion groove walls;
• the flexible tongue cooperates with a tongue groove in the edge section for locking the first panel and the second panel together in a second direction which is perpendicular to the first direction, the tongue groove being formed between opposing tongue groove walls;
• the insertion groove walls are non-parallel to the tongue groove walls;
• and
• a width of an opening of the tongue groove is greater than a width of an opening of the insertion groove.
