Abstract
Metaphosphate compounds can directly phosphorylate other compounds to provide easy synthetic access to phosphorylated compounds, including cyclic phosphate compounds.
Claims6
A method of polyphosphorylating a compound comprising contacting the compound with an activated triphosphate including a phosphonium moiety, wherein the compound includes a nucleophilic group and is polyphosphoryled in a single step;
- and the phosphonium moiety consists of tripyrrolidinophosphonium.
