Carbamate derivative compounds, processes for preparing them and their uses

A compound having the formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• wherein,
• R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and halogen;
• A and B are each independently selected from the group consisting of
• and —OR7;
• R5 and R6 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C10alkyl, C3-C8cycloalkyl and C6-C10aryl;
• R7 is selected from hydrogen, C1-C10alkyl, C1-C5alkoxyC1-C5alkyl, C6-C10arylalkyloxyC1-C5alkyl, C1-C5alkoxy(C1-C5alkoxy)C1-C5alkyl, C3-C5heterocyclyl, C1-C5alkylthioC1-C5alkyl;
• trialkyl silyl groups and trialkylaryl silyl groups (in trialkyl silyl groups and trialkylaryl silyl groups, each alkyl group is independently selected from the group consisting of linear, branched, or cyclic a C1-C5alkyl groups and each aryl group is independently selected from the group consisting of C6-C10aryl groups);
• and
• l and m are each independently selected from an integer from 0 to 2.
• wherein either of A or B is
• and both A and B cannot be OH at the same time, and when l is 0 and m is 1, or l is 1 and m is 0, one or more of R1, R2, R3 and R4 is halogen.
