Method for selecting carrier for direct communication between user equipments in multi-carrier communication system, and device therefor

A terminal for performing sidelink communication in a multi-carrier communication system, comprising:

• a wireless communication module;
• and
• a processor connected to the wireless communication module,
• wherein the processor is configured to:
• receive, from a network, information about a channel occupancy ratio (CR) limit for each of a plurality of carriers;
• measure, for each of the plurality of carriers, (i) a channel busy ratio (CBR) representing a ratio of entire resources of a corresponding carrier and resources already used for a predetermined period, and (ii) a CR representing a ratio of the entire resources of the corresponding carrier and resources used by the terminal on the corresponding carrier during the predetermined period;
• configure, for each of the plurality of carriers, a set of selectable carriers based on a difference between a biased CR limit for each carrier and the measured CR;
• and
• perform the sidelink communication through a carrier having the minimum measured CBR in the carrier set,
• wherein the biased CR limit for each carrier is defined by multiplying the measured CR for each carrier and the CR limit for each carrier.

At least one computer-readable memory storing instructions that, based on being executed by a processor, control a terminal to perform operations for sidelink communication in a multi-carrier communication system, the operations comprising:

• receiving, from a network, information about a channel occupancy ratio (CR) limit for each of a plurality of carriers;
• measuring, for each of the plurality of carriers, (i) a channel busy ratio (CBR) representing a ratio of entire resources of a corresponding carrier and resources already used for a predetermined period, and (ii) a CR representing a ratio of the entire resources of the corresponding carrier and resources used by the terminal on the corresponding carrier during the predetermined period;
• configuring, for each of the plurality of carriers, a set of selectable carriers based on a difference between a biased CR limit for each carrier and the measured CR;
• and
• performing the sidelink communication through a carrier having the minimum measured CBR in the carrier set,
• wherein the biased CR limit for each carrier is defined by multiplying the measured CR for each carrier and the CR limit for each carrier.
