Abstract
A system, method and computer program product for providing targeted messages to a person using telephony services by generating user profile information from telephony data and using the user profile information to retrieve targeted messages.
Claims12
A method comprising:
- logging call history information for a user of a mobile device, wherein the call history information is based at least in part of a plurality of calls involving the user;
- transmitting the logged call history information to a remote server;
- and
- displaying a targeted message received at the mobile device from the remote server, wherein the targeted message has been selected from a database comprising a plurality of messages, based at least in part on the logged call history information, wherein the targeted message is displayed on a display device on the mobile device and is displayed during a phone conversation.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium having instructions stored therein that, in response to execution by a mobile computing device, cause the mobile computing device to:
- log call history information for a user of a mobile device, wherein the call history information is based at least in part of a plurality of calls involving the user;
- transmit the logged call history information, logged call history information to a remote server;
- and
- display a targeted message received at the mobile device from the remote server, wherein the targeted message has been selected from a database comprising a plurality of messages, based at least in part on the logged call history information, wherein the targeted message is displayed on a display device on the mobile device and is displayed during a phone conversation.
