Abstract
A computing device and method for profiling and diagnostics in an Internet of Things (IoT) system, including matching an observed solution characteristic of the IoT system to an anomaly in an anomaly database.
Claims34
A computing device for an Internet of Things (IoT) systems, the computing device comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- storage comprising instructions that, when executed by the processor, direct the processor to:
- match an observed solution characteristic of the IoT system to an anomaly;
- and
- prevent, via a corrective action, a failure in the IoT system associated with the anomaly, wherein the observed solution characteristic is based on the IoT system comprising a hybrid of live and simulated components.
A method, by a computing device, for an Internet of Things (IoT) system, comprising:
- matching an observed solution characteristic of the IoT system to an anomaly;
- and
- preventing, via a corrective action, a failure in the IoT system associated with the anomaly, wherein the observed solution characteristic is based on the IoT system comprising a hybrid of live and simulated components.
A tangible, non-transitory, computer-readable medium for an Internet of Things (IoT) system, the computer-readable medium comprising code executable by a processor of a computing device to direct the processor to:
- match an observed solution characteristic of the IoT system to an anomaly;
- and
- prevent, via a corrective action, a failure in the IoT system associated with the anomaly, wherein the observed solution characteristic is based on the IoT system comprising a hybrid of live and simulated components.
A computing device for an Internet of Things (IoT) system, the computing device comprising:
- means for matching an observed solution characteristic of the IoT system to an anomaly;
- and
- means for preventing, via a corrective action, a failure in the IoT system associated with the anomaly, wherein the observed solution characteristic is based on the IoT system comprising a hybrid of live and simulated components.
