Abstract
A proximity sensor is arranged with a first electrode input with a first signal, a second electrode input with a second signal different from the first signal, a third electrode arranged closer to the first electrode than the second electrode, and the second signal has a reverse phase of the first signal.
Claims5
A proximity sensor comprising:
- a substrate;
- a plurality of first electrodes on the substrate and input with a first signal;
- a second electrode on the substrate and input with a second signal different from the first signal and having a larger area than an area of one of the first electrodes;
- and
- a plurality of third electrodes on the substrate arranged around the first electrode,
- wherein the second electrode is surrounded with the first electrodes, and
- the third electrodes receive signals from the first electrodes and the second electrode.
