Touch display device

A touch display device, comprising:

• a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area;
• a thin film transistor disposed within the display area on the substrate;
• a second insulating layer disposed on the thin film transistor within the display area;
• a light-emitting component, disposed on the second insulating layer within the display area;
• an opposite electrode disposed on a light-emitting layer of the light-emitting component;
• a first insulating layer disposed on the opposite electrode within the display area and disposed on the second insulating layer within the peripheral area;
• a touch component disposed on the first insulating layer and within the display area;
• a first transmission part disposed on the first insulating layer within the peripheral area, wherein the first transmission part is electrically connected to a first touch part of the touch component within the peripheral area;
• a first conductive connection structure penetrating through the first insulating layer;
• and
• a second transmission part, disposed on the second insulating layer and below the first insulating layer within the peripheral area, wherein the first transmission part is electrically connected to the second transmission part via the first conductive connection structure;
• a second conductive connection structure penetrating through the second insulating layer;
• and
• a third transmission part, wherein the second transmission part is electrically connected to the third transmission part via the second conductive connection structure,
• wherein the thin film transistor comprises a conducting layer disposed on a buffer layer on the substrate and within the display area, and the third transmission part is made of the same material as the conducting layer.
