A color conversion film comprising:
- a substrate film;
- a color conversion layer provided on the substrate film;
- and
- a phase transformation adhesive layer provided on the color conversion layer,
- wherein the phase transformation adhesive layer includes an adhesive resin matrix and a phase change material;
- and
- the phase change material is at least one material selected from an organic monomer, a polymer and an inorganic salt hydrate.

A method for preparing a color conversion film, the method comprising:
- providing a substrate film;
- forming a color conversion layer on the substrate film;
- and
- forming a phase transformation adhesive layer including an adhesive resin matrix and a phase change material on the color conversion layer,
- wherein the phase change material is at least one material selected from an organic monomer, a polymer and an inorganic salt hydrate.
