Abstract
Disclosed herein are novel chromogenic conjugates, the conjugates comprising at least two detectable moieties.
Claims21
A multi-dye conjugate comprising a tissue reactive moiety and at least two chromophores, wherein the tissue reactive moiety is a tyramine moiety and wherein the at least two chromophores are different;
- wherein the at least two chromophores of the multi-dye conjugate are covalently conjugated to the tyramine moiety of the conjugate through a multi-functional linker, and wherein an amine group of the tyramine moiety is linked to the multifunctional linker through an amide bond to provide the multi-dye conjugate.
A conjugate comprising (i) tyramine moiety, (ii) a rhodamine or a derivative or an analog thereof, and (iii) Cy5 or a derivative or an analog thereof;
- wherein in the conjugate, the rhodamine or the derivative or the analog thereof and the Cy5 or the derivative or the analog thereof are conjugated to the tyramine moiety through a multi-functional linker and wherein an amine group of the tyramine moiety is linked to the multifunctional linker through an amide bond to provide the multi-dye conjugate.
A multi-dye conjugate comprising a tissue reactive moiety and at least two different chromophores, wherein the tissue reactive moiety is a tyramine moiety and the multi-dye conjugate produces a green or green-like color;
- wherein the at least two different chromophores of the multi-dye conjugate are covalently conjugated to the tyramine moiety of the conjugate through a multi-functional linker and wherein an amine group of the tyramine moiety is linked to the multifunctional linker through an amide bond to provide the multi-dye conjugate.
A conjugate comprising (i) tyramine moiety, (ii) a rhodamine or a derivative or an analog thereof, and (iii) a cyanine based chromogen or a derivative or an analog thereof;
- wherein in the conjugate, the rhodamine or the derivative or the analog thereof and the cyanine-based chromogen or the derivative or the analog thereof are conjugated to the tyramine moiety through a multi-functional linker and wherein an amine group of the tyramine moiety is linked to the multifunctional linker through an amide bond to provide the multi-dye conjugate.
