A battery analytical device, comprising:

• a battery condition analysis section including an alternating current generator, a voltage measuring section and a calculating section,
• wherein the alternating current generator is configured to generate an alternating current with a constant amplitude and provide the alternating current to a battery, and
• wherein the battery condition analysis section including the alternating current generator is configured to detect a state change of a constituent member of the battery based on a change in peak of a relaxation time distribution in a predetermined frequency band,
• wherein the battery condition analysis section determines deterioration of a positive electrode of the battery in a case that the change in peak of the relaxation time distribution at 1 to 10 Hz is equal to or more than a first predetermined value, and
• wherein the battery condition analysis section determines deterioration of a negative electrode of the battery in a case that the change in peak of the relaxation time distribution at 10 to 100 Hz is equal to or more than a second predetermined value.
