Abstract
A system includes a gantry of a medical imaging apparatus. In an embodiment, the gantry includes an X-ray source, and a radiation protection booth, which can be installed or suspended relative to the gantry.

A medical imaging system, comprising:
- a gantry of a medical imaging apparatus, the gantry including an X-ray source;
- a radiation protection booth having at least one wall defining a user workstation, the user workstation being positionable relative to the gantry;
- and
- an intervention module in the user workstation configured to operate an intervention robot of the medical imaging system.

A radiation protective user workstation of a medical imaging system, the radiation protective user workstation comprising:
- at least one wall having a leaded glass pane for viewing a patient;
- and
- an intervention module in the user workstation configured to operate an intervention robot of the medical imaging system.
A medical imaging system, comprising:
- a gantry of a medical imaging apparatus, the gantry including an X-ray source;
- a user workstation having at least one wall, the user workstation being positionable relative to the gantry;
- and
- an intervention module in the user workstation configured to operate an intervention robot of the medical imaging system.
