Information processing system, service providing system, and flow setting method

A service providing system that communicates with an information processing circuitry through a network, the information processing circuitry receiving a setup, in which a first predetermined process related to a first external service and a second predetermined process related to a second external service are associated, in a setup of a process flow that defines an execution order a plurality of processes are executed by the service providing system, the service providing system comprising circuitry that performs the function of:

• a screen information transmission unit configured to transmit, to the information processing circuitry, screen information for causing a display device to display the plurality of processes in the execution order and display an issue that the first predetermined process and the second predetermined process in association with each other have been received, the first predetermined process and the second predetermined process being executed at a same sequence in the execution order of the process flow, whereby execution of one of the first and second predetermined processes excludes execution of the other of the first and second processes;
• and
• a process flow execution unit configured to execute the plurality of processes included in the process flow transmitted from the information processing circuitry in the execution order that is defined, wherein
• the information processing circuitry displays, on a screen of a display device the process flow defining the execution order of the plurality of processes executed by the service providing system, the process flow being displayed such that
• the plurality of processes in the process flow is arranged along a lateral direction of the screen based on the execution order of the plurality of processes,
• the first predetermined process and the second predetermined process are arranged in a vertical direction of the screen based on the execution at the same sequence in the execution order of the process flow and to indicate the issue that the first predetermined process and the second predetermined process are set in association with each other, and
• a frame surrounds the first predetermined process and the second predetermined process to indicate that the first predetermined process and the second predetermined process form a component group.

A method performed by an information processing system, in which an information processing circuitry and a service providing system communicate through a network, the method comprising:

• displaying, by the information processing circuitry, a screen on a display device that receives a setup of a process flow that defines an execution order of executing a plurality of processes executed by the service providing system;
• receiving, by the information processing circuitry, a setup associating a first predetermined process related to a first external service and a second predetermined process related to a second external service on the screen displayed in the step of displaying;
• displaying, by the information processing circuitry, on the screen of the display device the plurality of processes in the execution order, and displaying an issue that the first predetermined process and the second predetermined process are received in association with each other, the first predetermined process and the second predetermined process being executed at a same sequence in the execution order of the process flow, whereby execution of one of the first and second predetermined processes excludes execution of the other of the first and second processes;
• displaying, by the information processing circuitry, on the screen of the display device
• the plurality of processes in the process flow arranged along a lateral direction of the screen based on the execution order of the plurality of processes, and
• the first predetermined process and the second predetermined process arranged in a vertical direction of the screen based on the execution at the same sequence in the execution order of the process flow and to indicate the issue that the first predetermined process and the second predetermined process are set in association with each other;
• a frame surrounding the first predetermined process and the second predetermined process to indicate that the first predetermined process and the second predetermined process form a component group;
• and
• executing, by the service providing system, the plurality of processes included in the process flow transmitted from the information processing circuitry in the defined execution order.
