• a plurality of nanocrystalline grains located on one surface of the low reflection layer;
• wherein the optical element is at least one of a light blocking element, an annular spacer element and a barrel element;
• wherein an average diameter of the nanocrystalline grains is DC, a reflectance in a wavelength range of 380 nm-780 nm of the low reflection layer is R3878, and the following conditions are satisfied:
• 5 nm≤DC≤200 nm;
• and
• R3878≤0.50%.
