## Abstract

The present invention discloses a compound of the formula: and optionally comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof. A method of treating a patient having cancer or a disease comprising administering to a patient an effective amount of the compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof.

### Claim 1

A compound of the formula:
wherein R is 2-OCH3, 3-OCH3, 4-OCH3, or 3,4-diOCH3, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof.

### Claim 2

A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of the formula:
wherein R is 2-OCH3, 3-OCH3, 4-OCH3, or 3,4-diOCH3, and optionally comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof.

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 comprising at least one pharmaceutical carrier.
