The present invention relates to a compound represented by formula I, a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound of formula I, a method for inhibiting indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase, and its use in medicine.

A compound represented by formula (I):
in free or pharmaceutically acceptable salt form,
wherein represents: , or ;
wherein A represents —C(O)—;
each R1 is respectively selected from halogen and C1-6alkyl;
Cy1 is
Ra, Rb, R2 are each independently hydrogen;
Cy2 is C5-C10 aryl with one substituent, wherein the substituent is selected from halogen, cyano, C1-6alkyl, and C1-6alkoxy;
m is 2, and
n is 0.
