Ensuring that all users of a group message receive a response to the group message

A system, comprising:

• a memory for storing a computer program for ensuring that all users of a group message receive a response to the group message;
• and
• a processor connected to the memory, wherein the processor is configured to execute the program instructions of the computer program comprising:
• monitoring messages sent over a communication network;
• detecting a group message from said monitored messages that was sent to multiple users;
• analyzing content of said group message to determine if said group message requires a response and, if so, to assess an urgency of said response, wherein said group message requires a response due to a question or action item presented in said group message;
• determining whether a response to said group message was sent and received by all users of said group message within a threshold amount of time based on said urgency of said response in response to said group message requiring said response, wherein said users of said group message comprise a sender and recipients of said group message;
• determining whether said response to said group message was sent and received by a subset of all users of said group message within said threshold amount of time in response to determining that said response to said group message was not received by all users of said group message within said threshold amount of time;
• and
• broadcasting said response to said group message to other users of said group message who had not previously received said response in response to determining that said response to said group message was received by said subset of all users of said group message within said threshold of time.
