Provided are mutant cocaine esterase polypeptides and PEGylated formulations thereof.
Claims22
A composition comprising an isolated mutant cocaine esterase (CocE) polypeptide comprising:
- an amino acid sequence having at least about 95% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:
- 1 having a substitution at amino acid position C429 or C551;
- wherein the polypeptide has cocaine esterase activity.
