Abstract
The present invention is related to an in vitro method for diagnosing Gaucher's disease in a subject comprising a step of a) detecting a biomarker in a sample from the subject, wherein the biomarker is free lyso-Gb1.
Claims8
A method for generating quantitative data for a subject comprising the steps of:
- a) determining the level of a biomarker in a subject having Gaucher's disease;
- b) determining again the level of the biomarker in a sample from said subject after administration of a therapy to the subject:
- wherein the sample is a blood sample;
- and wherein the biomarker is free lyso-Gb1.
