Claims14
Light-emitting equipment, comprising at least one light source, the light source comprising at least one light-emitting source and a phosphor, wherein:
- the light-emitting source emits a light having a wavelength of 330 to 500 nm;
- and
- the phosphor comprises at least one of a nitride phosphor comprising at least one of CaAlSiN3 activated with Eu and (Ca,Sr)AlSiN3 activated with Eu.
Light-emitting equipment, comprising at least one light source, the light source comprising at least one light-emitting source and a phosphor, wherein:
- the light-emitting source emits a light having a wavelength of 420 to 500 nm;
- the phosphor comprises a phosphor having an emission peak at a wavelength of 500 to 570 nm or a phosphor having an emission peak at a wavelength of 550 to 600 nm;
- and
- the phosphor comprises CaAlSiN3 activated with Eu or (Ca,Sr)AlSiN3 activated with Eu.
