Structure for delivering power

A structure for delivering power, comprising:

• a first set of interdigitated conductors disposed on a first layer;
• a second set of interdigitated conductors disposed on a second layer;
• wherein the first set of interdigitated conductors and the second set of interdigitated conductors are substantially aligned along a first direction such that each conductor of the first set of interdigitated conductors is opposed to a corresponding conductor of the second set of interdigitated conductors along the first direction;
• and
• wherein a voltage of each conductor of the first set of interdigitated conductors is maintained at a first voltage or a second voltage such that adjacent conductors of the first set of interdigitated conductors are maintained at different voltages, and wherein the first voltage is ground and the second voltage is a power supply voltage.

A method, comprising:

• disposing a first set of planar conductors on a first layer;
• disposing a second set of planar conductors on a second layer, wherein the first set of planar conductors and the second set of planar conductors are substantially aligned along a first direction such that each planar conductor of the first set of planar conductors is opposed to a corresponding planar conductor of the second set of planar conductors along the first direction;
• maintaining adjacent planar conductors of the first set of planar conductors at different voltages, the different voltages being selected from a ground voltage and a power supply voltage;
• maintaining adjacent planar conductors of the second set of planar conductors at different voltages;
• and
• delivering power to an integrated circuit by using the first set of planar conductors and the second set of planar conductors.
