Abstract
A radio communication system provided with a communication device and a radio communication network system is characterized by comprising a transmission delay estimate information transmitting means for transmitting transmission delay estimate information to the radio communication network system when the transmission condition of the transmission delay estimate information is met.

A user equipment comprising:
- a transmitter configured to transmit a preamble using a random access channel;
- and
- a receiver configured to receive a random access response,
- wherein the receiver is configured to receive, from a base station, a report request for information,
- wherein the transmitter is configured to transmit, to the base station, the information in response to reception of the report request,
- wherein the information indicates a number of preamble transmissions,
- wherein the report request is different from the random access response,
- wherein the report request is received using a downlink channel for dedicated control, and
- wherein the information is transmitted using an uplink channel for dedicated control.
