Electronic apparatus and control method thereof

A method of controlling an electronic apparatus, the method comprising:

• outputting, using a speaker of the electronic apparatus, a first sound having an inaudible frequency band for obtaining information corresponding to a listening environment of a room;
• obtaining first information corresponding to the listening environment based on a first feedback sound received based on the output first sound;
• based on user input for performing a function available for the electronic apparatus being received, outputting a second sound having an audible frequency band;
• obtaining second information corresponding to the listening environment based on a second feedback sound received based on the output second sound;
• and
• performing a function corresponding to audio correction based on the obtained first information and second information.

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having stored thereon a computer program comprising a computer-readable code that when executed causes an electronic apparatus to perform a method of controlling an electronic apparatus,

• the method of controlling the electronic apparatus comprising:
• outputting, using a speaker of the electronic apparatus, a first sound having an inaudible frequency band for obtaining information corresponding to a listening environment of a room;
• obtaining first information corresponding to the listening environment based on a first feedback sound received based on the output first sound;
• based on user input for performing a function available for the electronic apparatus being received, outputting a second sound having an audible frequency band;
• obtaining second information corresponding to the listening environment based on a second feedback sound received based on the output second sound;
• and
• performing a function corresponding to audio correction based on the obtained first information and second information.
